1. Who operates this website
This website is an independent informational page about the Hougang Central mixed commercial and residential land parcel (Hougang Avenue 10 / Hougang Central). In this demonstration version the operator shown is a fictional placeholder: Alex Tan — Demo Agent, of Example Property Agency — fictional, CEA registration/licence "DEMO — not valid". The privacy contact shown, privacy@example.invalid, is a demonstration address and is not monitored. On a live build, this section names the actual CEA-licensed salesperson and estate agent responsible for handling your personal data as the organisation under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
This website is not operated by, affiliated with or appointed by CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, CapitaLand Development, UOL Group, the Housing & Development Board or the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
2. Personal data we collect
If you complete the "Register interest" form we ask for your name, Singapore mobile number, email address, preferred unit type, the information you would like to receive (showflat appointment, indicative price list and floor plans) and your consent to be contacted. We collect only what is needed to respond to your enquiry. We do not ask for your NRIC number, financial information or any other sensitive data.
3. How we use your personal data
- To respond to your enquiry about this project and to send you the information you asked for when it is released.
- To contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this project, including preview dates, price lists, floor plans and showflat appointments.
- To keep a record of your enquiry and our correspondence for the period needed to serve it.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
4. Consent and Do Not Call
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form you consent to being contacted about this project through the channels above, including numbers that may be registered on the national Do Not Call Registry. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the privacy contact named on the live build, after which we will stop contacting you within a reasonable period, subject to our legal obligations.
5. Lead delivery and third parties
In this demonstration version no enquiry is sent anywhere. The form validates your entries in your browser and then shows "Preview checked; no enquiry sent." Nothing you type is transmitted or stored by this website. On a live build, submitted details are sent over HTTPS to a lead-delivery service configured by the operator and then to the named salesperson; the live version of this policy names that service and states how long records are kept.
6. Third-party content
This website loads no third-party content: the location map is a drawing served with the page, not an embedded map service, and no analytics or advertising pixel is configured in this demonstration version. If a map embed or pixel is added on a live build, this section will name it and describe what data it collects.
7. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and does not use browser storage.
8. Retention, access and correction
On a live build, enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry and to meet legal or regulatory requirements, after which they are deleted; the live policy states the period. You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, by writing to the privacy contact named on the live build. In this demonstration version no personal data is held.
9. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect personal data on a live build, including HTTPS transmission and access limited to the named salesperson. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
10. Changes and complaints
This policy may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. If you have a concern about how your personal data is handled and it is not resolved with the operator, you may approach the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
